The British Wine Butler
After retiring from breaking world records at wine glass holding in one hand (51 glasses being my best ) I decided to start my own wine consultancy and the British Wine Butler was born. What credentials do I have? Well I was the Head Sommelier at the Ritz Hotel London when I was 25 and Head Sommelier at the Dorchester Hotel before that. At Claridge’s Hotel, I worked as a Wine Butler!
